Repairs
If your bag is damaged due to regular wear and tear over time, we are happy to offer repairs.
Exchanges & Refunds
We are happy to exchange or refund any bag you are not satisfied with, provided you contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please request an exchange for the same item within 24 hours of delivery.
A clear photo of the damage must be sent along with your request.
Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
